Terms of Service

The agreement between Toser and the business that uses it.

Last updated: 12 October 2026

1.Who these terms apply to#

1.1Parties. Toser is operated by Stilian Genov, an individual based in Belene, Bulgaria ("Toser", "we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between Toser and the company, team or person that creates or uses a Toser account ("you", the "Customer").

1.2Acceptance. By creating a Workspace, by subscribing, or by allowing anyone on your team to use Toser, you agree to these terms.

1.3Authority. If you accept these terms for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

1.4Business use. Toser is offered to businesses and professionals for use in their trade or profession. It is not offered to consumers.

2.Definitions#

2.1"Workspace" means your Toser account, including its policy documents, settings, team members and question logs.

2.2"Seat" means one member of a Workspace who can use it, including owners and admins. Pending invitations count towards seats.

2.3"Your Content" means policy documents, settings, customer messages and other data that you or your team submit to Toser.

2.4"Answer" means a draft reply, with citations, that Toser generates from Your Content.

3.The service#

3.1What Toser does. Toser helps customer support agents find answers in your policy documents and draft replies with citations. It is available as a Chrome extension, and everything happens in its side panel.

3.2Changes to features. We may improve, add or change features. We won't remove a core function without giving you reasonable notice.

3.3Licence to use. During the term, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Toser for your own business. Toser, including the extension, its design and its software, belongs to us. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of it to you.

4.Accounts and access#

4.1Responsibility. You are responsible for activity in your Workspace, including actions taken by people you invite.

4.2Roles and access. Owners and admins decide who has access and which role each person has.

4.3Credentials. Keep your account credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

4.4One person per seat. Each seat is for one person. Don't share a login between people.

5.Trial, plans and billing#

5.1Free trial. A new Workspace includes a 14-day free trial with up to 10 seats. No payment card is needed to start the trial. The trial ends after 14 days, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan. If you don't choose a plan when the trial ends, the Workspace stops answering questions. After 30 more days we treat these terms as ended for that Workspace, and Your Content is deleted as the Data Processing Addendum describes.

5.2Pricing. Paid plans are charged per seat: €12 per seat per month, or €10 per seat per month when billed yearly. Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies.

5.3Seat changes. Changes to your number of seats take effect from the date you make them, and are prorated. A seat is needed for each member and each pending invitation, so you can't reduce your seats below that number. The Team plan covers 1 to 500 seats. For 50 seats or more, contact us about volume pricing.

5.4Payments and VAT. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record (see 5.8). Prices include VAT where it applies, so the price you see is the total you pay. EU businesses can provide a VAT ID at checkout.

5.5Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from Billing in the Toser side panel, which opens the Paddle customer portal, from the link in any Paddle receipt, or by asking us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.6Refunds. Refund requests are considered case by case. Contact us to discuss a refund. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.

5.7Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. A change applies from your next billing period.

5.8Paddle as Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle ("Paddle"), which for most customers is Paddle.com Market Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Paddle's checkout shows the Paddle company that applies to your purchase. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders. It takes your payment, issues your invoice and receipt, collects and remits sales tax and VAT, and handles payment-related support. Paddle's checkout terms, shown at checkout, apply to your purchase. Toser remains responsible for providing the service under these terms.

5.9Failed payments. If a payment fails, your Workspace stays available while Paddle retries it. If the payment still can't be collected, the subscription ends and the Workspace stops answering questions until you subscribe again.

5.10Automatic renewal. A paid plan renews automatically for the same period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel, and Paddle charges your payment method at each renewal. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date.

6.Your content#

6.1Ownership. You keep all rights in Your Content.

6.2Licence to us. You give us the rights we need to host, process and transmit Your Content only to provide Toser to you. This includes use of the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

6.3Rights to your content. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to submit Your Content, including any personal data it contains.

6.4Claims about Your Content. If a third party brings a claim against us because of Your Content, or because you broke section 8, you will reimburse the reasonable costs and damages that result, to the extent permitted by law.

7.Answers and AI#

7.1AI model. Toser uses an AI model provided by Anthropic to draft Answers from Your Content.

7.2Review before sending. Answers are drafts. You and your agents are responsible for reviewing an Answer before it is sent to a customer or relied on.

7.3Not legal advice. Answers are not legal advice. Citations show where an Answer came from, but they don't guarantee that the Answer is complete or correct. Check the clause itself before you rely on it.

7.4Escalations. An escalation flag is a prompt to involve a person. It does not replace your own processes.

7.5How your messages are processed. To draft an Answer, Toser sends the customer message you enter, together with the relevant clauses from your policy documents, to the AI model. Before that, Toser automatically redacts email addresses, card numbers, IBANs and phone numbers from the message (see 10.3).

7.6Translations. Answers and translations are generated by the AI model. Review a reply, and its translation, before you send it in a language you don't read.

7.7Regulated businesses. If your business is regulated, for example gambling, finance or insurance, you remain solely responsible for following your regulator's rules and your own compliance procedures. Answers don't replace your compliance review, and you decide what to tell a customer.

8.Acceptable use#

8.1Spam and illegal content. Don't use Toser to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or to create or distribute illegal content.

8.2Interference. Don't reverse engineer, scrape or interfere with Toser, or try to access another customer's data.

8.3No resale. Don't resell Toser or make it available to third parties without our written agreement.

8.4Fair use. Stay within the fair-use limit of 2,000 Answers per seat per month. Contact us if you expect to go beyond it. If you regularly go above it, we may ask you to agree a custom plan.

8.5Misuse of the AI. Don't use Toser to generate unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, to infringe the rights of others, or to bypass its safeguards, for example by prompt injection or by trying to extract the instructions the AI model works from.

8.6Your team. You are responsible for making sure everyone in your Workspace follows this section.

9.Confidentiality#

9.1Confidential information. Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential, and will use it only to perform these terms. This does not apply to information that is public, already known to the receiving party, or must be disclosed by law.

10.Data protection#

10.1Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data for our own purposes, such as account and billing information.

10.2Data Processing Addendum. When Toser processes personal data contained in Your Content on your behalf, the Data Processing Addendum applies and forms part of these terms.

10.3Redaction. Toser automatically redacts email addresses, card numbers, IBANs and phone numbers from customer messages before they are sent to the AI model and before they are stored. This reduces the personal data the AI model receives. It can miss details written in unusual ways, and it does not remove your responsibilities as a controller.

10.4Payment data. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, collects and handles payment data under its own privacy notice. Our Privacy Policy explains what Paddle shares with us.

11.Availability and support#

11.1Availability. We work to keep Toser available and to fix problems promptly.

11.2Service levels. Unless we agree a service level in writing, for example in an Enterprise agreement, Toser is provided without a service-level commitment.

11.3Support. You can reach support through our contact page.

12.Suspension and termination#

12.1Suspension. We may suspend a Workspace that breaches these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk. Where possible, we'll tell you first and explain why.

12.2Ending your use. You may end your use of Toser at any time, as described in section 5.

12.3Effect of termination. When these terms end, your access ends. We delete Your Content as described in the Data Processing Addendum.

12.4Surviving terms. Sections 5 (for amounts already due), 6, 9, 10, 13, 14 and 16 continue to apply after these terms end.

12.5If we stop Toser. We may stop providing Toser, or end a Workspace's access, with at least 30 days' notice by email. If we stop Toser altogether, we'll refund the fees you paid for the period after it stops.

13.Liability#

13.1Indirect losses. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data, business interruption, or the cost of replacement services.

13.2Liability cap. To the extent permitted by law, Toser's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid for Toser, through Paddle, in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. If you have paid no fees, for example during the free trial, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

13.3Unreviewed answers. To the extent permitted by law, Toser is not liable for a decision, message, payout, refund or other action taken on the basis of an Answer, or sent without reviewing the relevant Answer.

13.4Non-excludable liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any other liability that can't be limited by law.

13.5Payments. Payment processing, invoicing and tax collection are provided by Paddle as Merchant of Record, under Paddle's own terms. We aren't liable for the acts or omissions of Paddle, Google, Anthropic or any other third-party provider we use, but we'll help you resolve billing problems.

13.6Your remedy. If Toser doesn't work as these terms describe, your remedy is that we fix it, or refund the fees for the period it didn't work, to the extent permitted by law.

14.Warranties#

14.1No other warranties. Except as stated in these terms, and to the extent permitted by law, Toser is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that Answers are accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose, or that Toser will be uninterrupted or error-free.

15.Changes to these terms#

15.1Notice of changes. We may update these terms. We'll notify you by email at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. If you don't agree to a change, you can cancel before it takes effect, as described in section 5.5. Using Toser after it takes effect means you accept it.

15.2Last updated date. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when these terms last changed.

16.Governing law and jurisdiction#

16.1Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and by European Union law where it applies.

16.2Jurisdiction. The competent courts of Bulgaria, a member state of the European Union, have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rules that apply to you.

16.3EU rights. Where EU law gives you rights that can't be waived by contract, for example under the GDPR, those rights are not affected.

17.Contact#

17.1Questions. Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact page, or by email to support@toser.site.

17.2Operator. Toser is operated by Stilian Genov, ul. Ivan Vazov 20, Belene, Bulgaria.

18.General#

18.1Whole agreement. These terms, the Data Processing Addendum and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Toser about Toser. They replace earlier discussions and any terms you attach to an order or a purchase request. If you have signed a separate written agreement with us, that agreement prevails where it conflicts with these terms.

18.2If part is invalid. If a part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest stays in force.

18.3Transfer. You may not transfer these terms to someone else without our written consent. We may transfer these terms, and the running of Toser, to a company we set up or to a business that takes Toser over, and we'll tell you by email.

18.4Notices. We may send notices to the email address of your Workspace owner. You can reach us through our contact page or at the address in section 17.

18.5No waiver. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.

18.6Events beyond our control. Neither of us is liable for a delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as an outage of an internet, cloud or payment provider. This doesn't excuse a payment that is already due.
